About Project O-N
Project O-N is an entertainment liaison group with a passion for connecting Japanese music and fashion creatives to their fans abroad through unforgettable experiences.
Having a deep understanding of Japanese and U.S. markets for Japanese musicians and creatives, fostering relations with organizers and talent alike allows us to set the standard for outstanding event experiences and event turnout. Hence the origin of our name, "O-N"-- a play on the Japanese word "ōen", meaning 'support'.
With years of experience in the music industry and Japanese culture events, we look forward to bringing concerts, fashion shows, meet & greets and more to Japanese culture conventions and other large-scale productions.

Talent Liaison Management
Imani is a musician local to Tokyo, Japan, originally hailing from Rockland County, New York. Her work includes years of experience English songwriting, studio and live vocals for popular brands including POKEMON, BANDAI, Studio MAPPA Co. Ltd, and for talent such as BRADIO, ALI, THE ORAL CIGARETTES, A.I., TOTALFAT, HYDE, JAM PROJECT and more. She has also performed at weddings, on television networks and commercials.

Meet: Amber Rutland
Event & Hospitality Management
A NYC native, her interest in events started in her teens through planning and hosting a number of events in the NYC area, starting from local conventions like NY Comic Con to standalone fashion social events.
Featured in media over the years for fashion like the New York Times, New York Village Voice, VICE via Snapchat, NHK World, Fuji TV and others, Amber uses her public platform and experience in event management to plan and manage events of purpose-- pushing for diverse representations in alternative fashion spaces. Some of her past guests have included Japanese model Misako Aoki, Chinese fashion brands Soufflesong and Krad Lanrete, and more recently, brands Metamorphose temps de fille, HYPLAND, and h.Naoto at Anime Expo 2019.
